One of the most common systems used in blackjack strategy is using the card counting method. Although the card counting will not extremely bring magic to the blackjack player's probability to win the game, it does give an effective aid towards the game play of a blackjack player.
The card counting method is used to implicate better blackjack probability through helping the player know how to predict the card to come next. Being able to predict the next card dealt can potentially help a blackjack player change the game outcome to their favor through making the most appropriate decision on their wagers.
There are two common methods used in card counting to improve the probability of the player to win in blackjack. The first is the true system on card counting which may take effort on the part of the blackjack player to memorize and feel comfortable about.
The premise involved with the first system is that the more face value cards and aces that are left on the shoe will give favor to the blackjack player over the dealer. This is true in the sense that the player will usually receive a payment of 3-2 from their original bet if there are more 10 value cards left.
Dealers are also likely to bust once their two initial cards have poor point count as 12 to 16. Adding a 10 point card will make them draw a total card number of over 21. The chance to win blackjack is most likely when there are many face cards left on the deck thereby increasing the player's chance to improve the blackjack probability of winning.
Players can approach their game cautiously when there are more low value cards left on the deck or shoe. This condition will decrease the probability of winning the game thereby allowing players to reduce their bet to prevent bigger losses from their game.
This method on card counting is casually done by simply tracking down the flow of cards from the deck or shoe. This method is called casual card counting as this does not involve mathematical procedures to evaluate the blackjack probability.
It can be easily observed whether there have been several face cards left on the deck by monitoring the flow of cards already dealt. If to a player's assessment there has been several face cards already dealt then most likely there are more low valued cards that are left on the deck which decreases the probability of winning.
The second method used for card counting is the hi-low system where each card has assigned point value. 10 point cards including the aces have point value of -1 while cards from 2 to 6 will have a +1 value and cards from 7 to 0 will get a point value of zero.
As every card is dealt the player mentally counts the cards exposed to base their wagering decisions from the total card count. The higher the percentage of the 10 point cards remaining on the deck the higher the probability of winning therefore a player must increase their wager.
Card counting is an important method to determine the blackjack probability with a simple system to follow. It is an effective wagering system that tracks down the probability in blackjack while adjusting one's bet accordingly to bring better odds n their game.
